Yeah-sort of

Well, I weighed myself and stayed the same.  I  have worked out a lot and my sore muscles can prove it.  I am hoping that I changed some of the fat into  muscle.  I do feel stronger, and walk taller.  Onward!

Yeah!

I wouldn't call this a new years resolution, but I have made a commitment to be healthier.  After my 20 pound weight gain from all the prednisone, now is the time to get started.  I work out before and after work and am eating less.  Last week I lost 3 pounds and couldn't be happier.

Ditto!!!

Well, I remained the same as far as weight loss.  I think I have created a new set point!  I will need to evaluate my intake and exercise.  Next week has got to bring some results.

Weight Loss

Well, I stayed the same this week.  A little disappointed, but still I am driven.  I cancelled my snap membership because of my insurance going up $100.00 dollars a month.  That makes $700.00 I pay now.  It is getting a little tight.  I need to work out when I cannot go on a bike ride.  Any ideas?

Weigh in

I am disappointed.  I did not have a good week as far as eating smaller portions, so I gained some weight.  I did not know if  I wanted to record it, but I want to be honest with myself, and hopefully learn/
