Travels of Jeff

Well, Jeff made it into South Dakota, Rapid City at 2 am.  He seems to got to Rapid City ok, but had trouble finding the home of his friend.  To say at least it was a very short night.  At 1 am I ate the rest of the pecan fudge and had a stomach ached after that.  Thankfully I have the day off of work, so I  plan on doing a lot of cleaning and scrubbing to use up this adrenaline I have in me.  No matter what age your  kids are you still worry.  Aggggh!

This entry is a little out of order.  After Jeff left, Ed and I went to one of our favorite places, the Como Conservatory.  It was so nice to smell the warm humid air and see the beautiful gardens. I feel all rested when I visit there.  Maybe, I should go everyday.

Oh Jeff, where are thou?

This is a photo of Jeff before leaving  for his cross country trip to Utah.  His bags are all packed with every emergency gear available.  Jeff left at noon and it is now 11:30 pm and I have not heard from him.  He should be in Rapid City, SD, but no news of him.  I am not going to get to concerned yet.  This has been an ordeal getting him ready, so this is just one more item on the pile.  Jeff contact us soon!
